Enjoy grilled local tomato salad with roasted sweet onions and penne pasta tossed with asparagus, baby spinach, and grilled chicken in a white wine cream sauce. Then discover beef lo-mein with snow peas, sweet carrots, and garlic. Finish off with double chocolate fritters with vanilla bean ice cream with sea salt caramel sauce. Delicious and quick! About the Instructor: Chef Royal Dahlstrom is one of the most award-winning chefs in Minnesota. Royal brings his nearly 22 years of expertise honed at venues including: Lake Elmo Inn, Ristorante Luci, Goodfellows, The California Café, La Toscana and The Napa Valley Grille, to the classroom. His passion for cooking is evident as he shares his expertise in a relaxed, entertaining style.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
To registeryour friends to attend a class with you select class and click on shopping cart icon. When the new screen appears (Order Information), enter your friends name (first and last) in the Participant Attending box. Click Add to Cart button and complete transaction via checkout and VISA, MasterCard or Discover® Card payment.
Register Early…Prompt registration helps avoid disappointment when classes fill quickly. It also helps avoid the disappointment of canceling a class due to low enrollment; only to find that last minute registrations would have filled it. Decisions on class cancellations are made approximately one week before the class start date. Finally, instructors cannot accept students who have not registered prior to class.

Participants are enrolled in a class upon receipt of registration and payment.
If a class is filled, participants will be placed on a waitlist. Waitlist means if an opening becomes available, participants will be contacted about class availability.
Refund requests with five-business days notice from class start date may qualify for a partial refund (cash, credit or coupon) less $10. Refund requests with less than five-business days notice from class start date are not eligible for refund. Full refunds are given if Anoka-Hennepin Community Education cancels a class.
Participants under the age of 18 must call for approval before registering for class.

Community Education adult activities will be cancelled if Anoka-Hennepin schools are closed. Check the web site, local media listings or call 763-506-5766, press1 when prompted and listen for voice mail updates.
