 There is an inherent risk of accident or injury in any activity. It is the responsibility of each participant to be aware that there are assumed risks involved in participation. Anoka Hennepin District #11 assumes no responsibility for injuries received during sports/fitness/recreation activities. Any changes in participants’ current sports and/or physical activity level should be done under the approval and direction of their physician and/or health care provider(s).

Online registration for fall 2010 classes will begin the week of July 26, 2010.
The Fall Adult Class Catalog will be mailed out August 6, 2010.
