| Fall 2010 Jr. High Golf Lesson League |

NOT JUST ANOTHER GOLF LEAGUE! Anoka-Hennepin Community Education Athletics Department is pleased to announce the formation of the Fall 2010 Junior High Lesson League. Instructors who will lead this program are from the “Active Golf Training.” The Leagues will be held at The Links at Northfork Golf Course in Ramsey or at Victory Links Golf Center in Blaine. Fall 2010 Junior High Lesson League (Grades 5-8) This program will meet twice aweek for 4 weeks. The program will incorporate weekly golf FUNdamentals,physical challenges, skills competitions and on course playing experience. Participants will have a 1.5 hoursinstruction period on Tuesday’s and will play 3 to 9 holes on Thursday’s for1.5 hours. Sign up with your own 4-somes, butsingles, pairs and threesomes will be paired up. Each student will receive a t-shirtand year-end tournament medal. A Parent or a guardian is suggested to attend atleast two of the eight sessions. Fee for the Program is $195.00 per Child Class Day’s: Tuesday & Thursday Afternoons When: September 21 – October 14, 2010 Where: Session A – Links at Northfork in Ramsey Session B – Victory Links Golf Center in Blaine Times: 4:00pm – 5:30 pm Fee: $195 per child

Participants are enrolled in the class upon receipt of registration and payment.If you need assistance with your online registration, please contact us at 763-506-1267 or marvin.johnson@anoka.k12.mn.usClass confirmation/payment receipt emailed if email address is provided. If you do not receive an email confirmation/payment receipt 24-hours after registering, please let us know at 763-506-1267.If you are “waitlisted”, the class is full at the time of your registration. You will not be charged until you are confirmed into the class. You will be notified by email if an opening becomes available. There is an inherent risk of accident or injury in any activity. It is the responsibility of each participant to be aware that there are assumed risks involved in participation. Anoka Hennepin District #11 assumes no responsibility for injuries received during sports/fitness/recreation activities. Any changes in participants’ current sports and/or physical activity level should be done under the approval and direction of their physician and/or health care provider(s).
